Shipping & Delivery
In-Stock Items are processed on the Next Business Day. Not including week-ends or Holidays. Please Allow 7-10 Days for Ground Shipping, 3-4 days for Priority Mail, 2-3 days for Express Mail. Contact us for Overnight shipments– available for in-stock items and must be received before 1:30pm. EST All of our items are ordered direct from the USA, Germany and other Countries then imported into our Anderson, SC warehouse. If a Backorder or Special Order has occurred you will be notified with your ETA. Due to the required International Shipping, Customs Clearances, and FDA Clearances required, ETA are generally set at 3 weeks. Sometimes the ETA is less due to an incoming shipment, or a little longer due to International Holiday Shut Down.

Returns & Replacements
Returns and Replacements must be received within 30 days of ship date. This date is posted on your Packing List. Must be in new & unused condition. We cannot refund or exchange items, if items were worn (less initial try-on) or soiled. You may return the unused product for a refund of the full purchase price (minus a 10 % restocking fee, shipping & handling, and return postage). Please complete bottom portion of your Packing List… Specify Refund or Exchange preferences. Please include Product, Product Instruction Leaflet, Product Box, copy of completed Packing List– Return all of this in a shipping box. If you would like to place an order by phone, using your credit card, you are welcome to call us. We are able to run your credit cards in-office as well. Q; When is my payment secured?

Your payment is secured immediately when you place your order using our webstore online. We use a secure third party payment processor and paypal. These payment processors secure your payment immediately. After that part has been completed and secured then they will notify our office of your order. We do not have access to your credit card information or paypal accounts.

Q: When will I get my shipping and tracking information?
We will send you an email with your tracking number and the order will show up as ‘completed’ once your shipment is ready to ship.

Q: Why cant I find my order information, emailed confirmation or tracking information that was emailed to me?

Check your SPAM FOLDER. Many times “missing emails” can be found in your SPAM FOLDER.

Q: Can you tell me when I can expect to receive my order ?

A: You can take the tracking number given and plug it into Google Search Bar then you can see the expected delivery date for your specific item.
