How to Apply
- Wear the brace over socks.
- Loosen laces and pull the support over the foot with the heel in the opening at the back.
- Tighten the laces from bottom to top. The support should fit snugly but not restrict circulation.
- Retighten for an even and comfortable fit.
- Wear inside a comfortable or athletic-type shoe.

- Wrap in a towel to remove excess water (do not twist or wring).
